If you're planning a trip to Whidbey Island and have never been before, it may be helpful to have some instructions on navigating the roads and ferry system. This will ensure that your trip runs smoothly and you can make the most of your time on the island. Below are some key pieces of information to review before you arrive.
You will need to plan your trip based on the Ferry schedule. Our Washington State Ferry's run every half an hour on most days and well into the late evening. You can book a ticket online and is some cases you will need to make reservations. Make sure to make the reservations well in advance of your trip as the schedule gets pretty booked up.
